Description: New development of a mixed-use community including 12 buildings with commercial retail and office space, 426 market-rate apartment units, community clubhouse, and recreational amenities.   The project is situated within the uplands area surrounding an existing wetland.  It has a mix of 4-story and 3-story apartment buildings and a 1-story clubhouse with a resort-style pool.  The site amenities include a boardwalk around the wetlands, picnic pavilions, playground, dog park, and splash pad.
